No organisation’s environment is constant due to changes in customer or marketplace demands, changing technology or processes, and organisational or departmental change.  To keep abreast of these demands, business leaders recognise that culture, leadership style and organisational structure - as well as key skills and processes - need to align with the changing needs and strategies of the organisation.
