We design and deliver programmes in 3 distinct areas:
Performance Coaching:
A wider look at the individuals’ roles and the factors affecting their performance, e.g. management/leadership style, self confidence, pushing the boundaries of the business, taking more risks, developing more empathy.
Skills Coaching:
A narrow focus on the acquisition of specific task-related knowledge and skills. e.g. making effective presentations, handling difficult customers, and understanding financial data.
Life Coaching:
A broad focus on the whole person. e.g. work/home balance, career priorities/aspirations.
