All Metis Learning and Development programmes focus on developing employee performance at the same time as achieving the strategic objectives of the organisation. We have developed a Performance Improvement process that underpins each of our projects. We see it as being divided into 6 distinct stages.

Business Performance Objectives
Before we recommend any development activity to our clients, we work with them to identify and agree the real issues affecting business performance. We spend time within client organisations discussing the objectives for the solution and exploring ideas on a variety of development solutions.
Performance Assessment
We find it beneficial to include specific diagnostic assessments of participants prior to designing the event.
Performance Solution
Real situations from within client organisations are used to form the basis for the design of learning activities.
Performance Support
Following the event, we provide a range of support services to ensure the successful application of learning back in the workplace.
